  1. The Sims 3: World Adventures is simply one of the best expansions for a Sims title to date, providing an excellent experience for you and your Sims, and really reinvigorating the title.
  2. Just when you think you’ve seen it all, World Adventures adds an almost overwhelming amount of new content, which justifies the $40 price tag, though that still seems a tad high for an expansion pack.
  3. The first Sims had a holiday add-on, the second Sims had a holiday add-on and now Sims 3 has one, too, and it’s the best one so far. The touch of adventure works miracles for Sims 3, but the stories are goofy and some missions boring. It’s still great, because it’s full of new things to explore.
  4. Overall, the Sims 3 World Adventures sets an excellent standard for future expansions, introducing a fun and rewarding mode of play to the base game that, while markedly different from the core gameplay, still remains true to the spirit of The Sims series.
  5. A must have for all Sims 3 positive gamers. Labyrinths are far from difficult but exploring them was never that fun. Only if all add-ons were as good as this one. [Issue#187]
  6. World Adentures is a great expansion. New gameplay mechanics, new locations and skills, but it's funny as ever. Fans will certainly enjoy it.
  7. EA brings adventure to the Sims series and it’s a joy even though the missions are quite repetitive. But this new path adds great value to the game and hopefully this expansion won’t be the last of it’s kind.

Wow. They put so much love into this expansion. It's bigger and better than any other expansion pack they've done.

The Sims 3: WA changes some gameplay mechanics and give to The Sims experience some really new tastes. One of the best expansion packs of the series.

I was skeptical that EA could do a good job so quickly on this expansion pack because the Sims 3 came out last June or so, but I was delighted when I started playing. Expand

I have bought my wife almost everything the Sims has made from the first until now. I never got into it but she has always enjoyed it so it was always worth the money. This expansion has helped me to enjoy playing the Sims. It seems like a long detailed version of Sims Castaway Stories but it uses the regular game and each adventure is a break from the day to day. I haven't played it much, but the time I have been on this game makes me want more time in front of it. The fresh changes to this expansion have attracted a new player group. Very well done Maxis. Excellent expansion pack which adds a plethora of things to do going on holiday with Sims is just a lot of fun taking to Egypt explore the pyramids? or china to learn Kung Fu? Or maybe France to become a "nectar" conoseur? Which is sim talk for wine. Expand

The best expansion. Add the ideas of traveling, recording, and collecting. And this one, as I think, is the only expansion that really seems like an expansion. The other expansions are just robbing you. Expand

Overpriced and added real world locations which clearly does not work, instead of pulling me towards Sims 3 it's done the opposite, this is the Sims equivalent of Spore GA, you can buy but will never install, it's just THAT bad! Collapse
