A massively capable game designer with almost innumerable options allowing limitless application.
If you are looking for a solid, turn-based strategy wargaming bundle of titles, there's tremendous value in what is being offered with The War Engine.
While the game does suffer from the homogenization that the game system imposes, for traditional wargame-style play it works quite well. [May 2002, p.81]
