It's supposed to be a remake of the first two games graphics are nice but the maps and the soundtrack from THPS1 and THPS2 aren't all
In plus it has weird controls which you can only change entering into games' files

Great game for a great value. I played all the Tony Hawk games growing up. Eventually becoming god-like at them for when online was introduced realizing that I was one of those gifted superior children who would dominate anyone at this game. Eventually my skills went elsewhere but my commitment to the series was always prominent. This game is what you think it is, a remake of a fewGreat game for a great value. This game is what you think it is, a remake of a few classics that make you feel good while piping down the ramps. It isn't the best port ever, as I've had to manipulate game files to turn the so-so looking game into something to talk about. Pick it up if you feel like playing the games you did in your childhood. The music will get you for the few hours its worth. Expand

The game engine itself is good. The complete laziness of the presentation and options unfortunately ruins it. Let me get this out of the way, as everyone did. You can't rebind controls. Lacking graphic options and multiplayer. The game is polished in everything but options. But I have liked and rated highly good solid games with lax options and no multiplayer before, and there is no reason to give a false review now. If you have ever played the old THPS games, this will be a great trip. IfLet me get this out of the way, as everyone did. You can't rebind controls. Lacking graphic options and multiplayer. If you have ever played the old THPS games, this will be a great trip. If not, and you want a quick foray into PlayStation era gems, without expectations of multiplayer, go for it. You will enjoy yourself. The engine change from the original game gave no noticeable problems, and the graphics updated enough to be ok to look at and not hold back from the game play. Expand

Tony Hawk's Pro Skater HD might be worth a look if you were really into the series in its prime and want to experience a cleaned-up version of a distinct, defining moment in video games. For casual fans or new recruits, though, there's nothing in this high-def remix that will speak to them. And even the biggest of fans may feel mighty hollow by the shaky treatment of the once king of extreme sports games.
