  • Summary: Total Extreme Warfare is the new wrestling management simulator from Adam Ryland, creator of the critically acclaimed Extreme Warfare Revenge series. Taking on the role of a wrestling promoter, it is up to you to try and steer your chosen company to the top of the industry, along the way dealing with prima donna superstars, wars with rival companies, and the demands of TV companies! Based on the global wrestling scene, Total Extreme Warfare takes some of the ideas and features first presented in Extreme Warfare Revenge, and take them to the next level. Combining the decade of experience that Adam Ryland has in creating fan-friendly wrestling simulators with the quality that people have come to expect from .400 Software Studios, Total Extreme Warfare gives fans who are bored with the tired genre of button-bashing arcade wrestling games the chance to use their wits as they play the most richly detailed wrestling simulator ever created. 1. Total Extreme Warfare perfectly captures the world of professional wrestling, and does a fantastic job of drawing the gamer into it. The ability to completely customize a promotion, plan storylines and develop plots has never been executed even remotely as well in a wrestling game, and those gamers who are even casual wrestling fans would do well to pick up this title – NOW!
  2. The best business side wrestling simulator I’ve ever experienced. Unfortunately, the game’s greatest strength, its depth, is also its biggest weakness. It’s a long road to finally understand and control it, but once you do, so many doors and avenues are open to you.

The game is a bit convoluted at times and it takes a bit of patience to figure everything out, but once you do, the game really picks up. I know it is not a title for everyone, but for anyone who ever had dreams of running a big wrestling show, this is for you.
  4. While the challenge of the game is strong and the replay is huge, the ability to draw in a non-wrestling gamer is not here. This game is only for the hardcore wrestling fans.

Good game, was full of bugs to start with but Adam and the .400 Studios crew have been working hard on the patches.
