    I'm sorry I didn't review Warlords Battlecry earlier because I think it would have found its way onto our Game of the Year ballot under one heading or another.

    My only major gripe is the over-emphasis on combat. You seem to spend most of your time repelling massive onslaughts from the enemy, then frantically rebuilding before the next one begins.

    I say this game rocks...uoi all should buy it. Even a person that hates real time stratagy would love the heroes and spell casting!

    It was pretty novel at the time, but in retrospect the magic system of this game was pretty clunky. Not nearly as good as other similar RTS's with abilities.… Expand
