100I must say that this might be the best sports game I have ever played. I think the replay value of this game goes up exponentially with the master league feature. Combine that with a physics engine that makes each game seem like unique, and this game is a must buy.

Blows away its established rival with outstanding controls and AI so lifelike that you feel like you've just stepped onto the pitch at Old Trafford. [Sept 2004, p.66]
-
94This is the best PC soccer game period. Graphically, adherence to the rules, and the whole atmosphere has been incredibly realized in this game.
-
91A superb game that sounds great, looks impressive, and gets the most important element--playability--just right. No true PC soccer fan should buy into the EA FIFA machine this year without first investigating Konami's superb alternative.
-
A well-played game of Winning Eleven 7 gives the impression of having watched a TV soccer match and controlled the results. It's that good. [Oct 2004, p.84]
-
Be warned though, in order to properly play the game youll need a Dual Shock caliber gamepad and plenty of patience to overcome its trying difficulty curve.
-
80One of the most beautifully crafted digital creations of any sporting event - period!
