    What singles out this series from the rest is that it homes in on the sheer intensity and ugliness of war.

    And when I finally got a hand of the great online play for the Playstation 2 I was just blown away. It is fast and silky smooth. And the botom line is that the game is just fun and exciting to play. Your heart will race while you try and duck gunfire from the Nazis.

    The most fun I have had playing online as far as the first person shooter genre goes. This is one of those games you will want to have for sure just to see how good online play can be!

    I hate this game. Since the day I picked it up, it has sucked up so much of my free time, causing me to neglect my Xbox Live buddies, forego weeknight sleep, go in late to work, neglect my wife ' yeah it's that bad. I absolutely hate this game.

    This is the worst game ever. Call of Duty 2 is way better.

    This game sucks & blows worse than an octogenarian athlete! Graphics are dark, bland and washed out. SOund is annoyingly loud so that you can't hear other characters & orders. Missions are linear. AI is absolutely AWFUL. Apart from the fact that it is very hard to tell Germans from Allies, it is also very difficult to know / see when an enemy is actually dead as opposed to just wounded. There are so many bugs with this game - have you seen the "hovering" germans in mulitplayer? I don't know where to begin. This game is being rated either by little kids, or by people that are giving Activision a Pass for the superb job they did with the OC version. Don't waste your scratch - buy the PC version instead of this dreck!… Full Review »

    This game features a unique storyline and missions that makes it so seperate and distinct. It has intense battlefield conflicts. It also has authentic weapons, veichles, enviroments and combat missions.… Full Review »
