  1. A sure bet for old school gamers and for the youngsters who never had a chance to experience these game in the arcades - and the price is unbeatable. Highly recommended.
  2. It should make the developers of these games feel proud to know that nearly two decades later their titles are better than most of the new stuff being released.
  3. There’s no one title that makes the package an absolute must, but if you want an arcade-perfect (and multiplayer) Street Fighter II: Champion Edition, you’ve come to the right place.

Sure Street Fighter II is here, but if you’re a hardcore gamer, you probably already own at least one version of that. That means the number of actual, playable classics on this disc is reduced to just Final Fight, Forgotten Worlds, and Mercs. Do you really want to buy this disc just for those three?

Easily worth the $20 for full arcade versions of Gunsmoke, Final Fight, and 3 Street Fighters. A few clunkers you'll probably abandon, but include 1942 + 1943, Ghosts & Goblins + Ghouls & Ghosts, not to mention Legendary Wings! C'mon! One of the best old school compilations I've ever bought. First of all, it's more than a little annoying that some of the best classic games (Like Captain Commando, which I'd vote for for best brawler ever) aren't included here, yet are in the trailer for the PSP version! Sure, I'll get that too, but I want to play it NOW! Otherwise, if you've got a friend who's into shooters (1943) brawlers (Final Fight) or fighting games (Street Fighter Deluxe Vs), your weekend's pretty much all planned out. Expand
