  1. The finest 3D medieval action-adventure game to grace any console. [Feb 2002, p.48]
  2. Its lack of any really well-designed puzzles makes playing the game a bit more repetitive [than "Soul Reaver 2"] and too combat-based. [Feb 2002, p.42]
  3. Suffers from a steep difficulty curve. Blame it on the excessive enemy quotient, the steep cost of healing, and the unwieldy inventory control. [Feb 2002, p.148]

Truly one of the best ps2 games I've ever played. I don't like that the game has an end- I'd have preferred a continued open world. But that just goes to show how great of an experience it was when I first played it. Expand
