  • Summary: Features 10 events including Downhill Alpine Skiing, Freestyle Mogul Skiing, Speed Skating, Bobsledding, and the fan-favorite, Curling, all with that ESPN twist.

  1. Getting golds across the board certainly ain't easy, but decimating your mates/siblings/granny (shame on you!) is what'll keep you coming back to Ronald long after the snow has thawed.
  2. This game is an absolute hoot, and triumphs in almost every way over its summer counterpart. [Mar 2002, p.105]
  3. 80
A solid, fun mix of mini-games directly descended from Track & Field’s royal lineage. If you think vigorous button-mashing is the lowest form of gameplay, however, stay far, far away.
  4. Neither of these games bring home the gold in accurately simulating the Olympics, but ESPN International Winter Sports does a less-worse job of doing so [than "Salt Lake 2002."]
  5. 55
It just doesn't have a lot of lasting appeal.
  6. Its frustrating single-player mode, dated gameplay mechanics, and lack of interactivity make it difficult to recommend for a purchase.
  7. Yet another Olympic-style contest failing to deliver gold when it comes to the most important aspect of any title: gameplay.
