  1. Plays surprisingly well on its foundation of three schools of combat: brawler, marial artist, and grappler. Place it next to Japan's best and the game gets pummeled. [Nov 2004, p.75]
  2. It's just a shame that it's got quite possibly the worst gameplay I've seen in a fighting game I think ever. When I can't play a game for more than 5-6 minutes at a time, that is NOT a good thing.
  3. The fighting mechanics are highly outdated and just don't reach to the heights of something like "VF4."

Finally a game that I really enjoyed! The characters skins do not look supernatural like mk or tekken.I also liked the idea of creating your own characters although the options where limited. Expand

The game sucks. There, I said it. Don't get me wrong... I tried really hard to like it (I'm a huge fan of the movie and the book). But even the fighting in the game gets repetitive surprisingly quickly. It was a 5-day rental. I returned it on the 3rd day... 3/10. Expand

  3. Awful. Missed the point of the book and movie by a **** mile and is a terrible cash-in with awful game mechanics and... just pleas don't buy this game. Go read the superior book and then watch the amazing movie and forget this ever existed. Expand
