  1. End-of-area bosses helpfully announce their weaknesses at the beginning of encounters, coin-laden paths dot their way around levels, and there is always a mammalian helper ready and willing to explain the use of contraptions.
  2. Whatever redeeming qualities Kao 2 might have, there is still no excuse for making a game that punishes the player for things beyond the player's control.
  3. Just another average platformer, and by no means goes any further.
  4. Kids thrive on new ideas, excitement and imagi-nation, and can easily handle complex situations and scenarios - none of which are on show here. Just because they’re young doesn’t mean they should make do with a bland, unimaginative, unchal-lenging and in parts quite shoddily finished effort.

Not original Not lengthy Not life changing Just a whole hell of a lot of fun for £20 with a character that hasn't been shoved down your throat by marketing companies. Refreshing and genuinley enjoyable that will not challenge hardcore platform gamers BUT is one of the few titles enjoyable enough to watch and play that it can provide a weekend of entertainment for all. Give it a go, you will be surprised with how much fun this is! Full Review »
