Since I am not a wrestling fan at all I really couldnt appreciate some of the finer points of this game including video interviews with some of the real wrestlers themselves or setting up the stats of a user-defined wrestler or the in-depth controls.
For the most part though there is a clunky feel to the game. Animation is often awkward and fails to convey the vulgar flamboyance the Eighties wrestling became renowned for and sadly for the most part this is a title devoid of excesses.
If you see this game on the shelf, avoid it like the plague. I dont care how big a fan you are of wrestling or how much you crave nostalgia, because theres no lust great enough that should convince you to buy or rent this title.
