  1. Quick, responsive and immaculately presented. Like all great sports games, this is an everyman gem dressed up in niche clothing. [Dec 2006, p.92]
  2. With the Signature Style re-creating players' styles on the game, the immersive Association mode, and the nearly impeccable online play, NBA 2K7 is the sports title to get this basketball season.

It's not hugely different from what we saw last year, but the advancements that were made were solid enough.
  4. 2K Sports came out with their "A" game this year, and NBA 2K7 looks to take the title as the best NBA game out there! [Nov. 2006, p.73]
  5. 83
Still good but little different from last year's effort so it's only really worth picking up if you're a massive basketball fan or a newcomer to the series. [Issue#146, p.93]
  6. It may be true that those of you who already own last year's version may feel like you're not getting much more than a roster update and the ability to keep kicking it in the sublime 2K online world, but there's no doubt that the proof is in the pudding, and NBA 2K7 delivers a darn good time.
  7. Even though the improvements are minimal, no other hoops title gives such gravity to every possession. [Nov. 2006, p.110]
  8. Yes, the presentation isn't as good, and unfortunately there is no 24/7 mode--which is a real bummer, but on the court this game hasn't been left for dead. [Nov. 2006, p.128]
  9. A superior basketball simulation. [Jan 2007, p.84]
  10. The current-gen NBA 2K7 is a really good basketball title that looks great and plays even better. At $30, it's well worth picking up, even if it isn't a huge step up from last year's title.
  11. NBA 2K7 is a very good game, but it's largely unchanged from "NBA 2K6."
  12. It's all a bit dour in truth, with little excitement generated by the commentators, the court-side atmosphere and, most significantly, what happens on the court itself.

Its the exactly the same thing as 2k6 good game but same stuff nothing didn't personly i like the gm modes and franchise i though that would be more in depth then the2k6 but nothing different same old 2k6 just change everything that said 2k6 in the game to 2k7 so iwouldn't waste my money on this game if u do just by 2k6 same thing just alot cheaper. I bought NBA 2k7 yesterday and have been playing it ever since and I think its really good. I am new to basketball games, I always wanted to play them so I got my chance yesterday. Since I haven't played the previous NBA titles I can't really compare this with others. The graphics are awesome, gameplay good. I rate this a good 10/10 Full Review »

Hi guys I'm From Haiti and I recently became a fan of the 2Ks. I´m playing NBA live since 1995 since Super NES but I was disapointed when I saw that NBA live is still not making its games more realistic just like you guys. I quit on playing my NBA Live 06 to play NBA 2k5 a friend lended me. 1 week later I went to the store and bought my own NBA 2K6 that I really enjoyed 2 weeks after that, actually Today I bought NBA 2K7 and I´m very very disapointed because me and my brother were expecting more graphics more cinematic and a more interactive crowd. Of course having Kobe with number 24, the signature moves, the Crossovers are good but come on gimme more make me forget completely about NBA Live. Full Review »
