Easily the cleverest game to emerge in some time and making your way through it's intricate innards is one of the most rewarding experiences the PS2 can currently offer. A slice of gaming heaven.
-
Whilst the graphics arent exactly the most impressive seen on the PlayStation 2; the gameplay makes up for the lack in looks.

70A disappointment...A neat idea having a city where the socio-economics are broken down so structurally. With nasty goings on occurring in the recesses of the city, I honestly wanted to love this game.
-
70It's a massively built game but it seems more time was spent on creating the city than creating a driving story.
