All you'd expect of a Turtles game - tired, repetitive, primary coloured hack 'n' slash monotony and nothing else. Don't even buy it for a hated younger relative. [June 2006, p.63]
  2. It’s a boring, repetitive, dull hack n’ slash game with bland visuals, unbalanced gameplay, and useless ninja scrolls.

Makes you want to cry. What a lame excuse for a 3D fighting game. [Dec 2005]
  4. May be a wee improvement over "Battle Nexus," but it's still a pretty bad game. It's unfortunate.
  5. Mutant Nightmare has improvements over its predecessors here and there, like a better camera and nice graphics, but when the basic game is this boring, that's about as useful as replacing the air freshener in a house build in the sewers. [Dec 2005, p.123]
  6. After five minutes of this you'll be bored stiff. [PSW]

You'll be asleep before you've clocked mission four. [May 2006, p.89]
