    A fine place to start for younger gamers. In that respect, the puzzles, side quests and overall presentation are just about right.

    The graphics are mediocre and the level design too linear (and simplistic when it comes time to solve its puzzles), but the length of the quest and simple Zelda-inspired action (not to mention the worthy-of-its-own-movie-series soundtrack) entertain more than disappoint.

    It straddles the line between little kid game and hard platformer in such a way that I don’t think anyone will like it. I guess The Hobbit makes these strange concessions to game-play to make it a friendlier game, but it’s still frustrating as hell.

    An all around fun game with great music. Sneaking, action, puzzles the game has it all. Graphics aren't amazing but the art style is great, the gameplay is fun and refreshing. A must have in my books.… Collapse

    I though that this game was very good. It provided interesting level design and a varity of missions sticking well to the masterpiece of a story. The battles were a little weak with a small variety of moves, but were nevertheless hard, requiring skill. It is a game that is fun to play once at least!… Expand

    A good game if you like the books and movies. It does require some thought to beat the more challenging levels.
