Mar 23, 20130played AC since the first one released, this one is a total disappointment. Assassin running is wood or walking on ground are missing the original merit of this game, stupid and nothing cool. This will stop me from buying the game for the coming years. Who dare to being an assassin without style.

Mar 18, 20130The worst thing about this game is that it was released a t all.. it's fun only when you play with Desmond but there's not much of it.. story is shallow and dialagues are wooden at best. Sigh.. Ezio..

Mar 6, 20130I really don't know how this game had a good note, it was horrible to play. It's the worst Assassin's creed of the series. I do not recommend this game, Please do not encourage Ubisoft to make games so bad.

Feb 26, 20130as is ubisofts want, the control of the character drastically failed towards the end of the game, the cutscene quality diminished, and the over all interaction of the game failed. the programmers need to get their act together and actually properly finish a game instead of halfassing it just to get it onto shelves.

Jan 18, 20132Really disappointing. Have played all the other AC games, and this seemed like a return to the bad points of the first game. Quite repetitive and constrained, and also really annoying how you can't fully upgrade your homestead if you miss an upgrade during an earlier sequence. Hope the next one is an improvement...

Jan 13, 20132Very, Very, Very Disappointing. The game play gets very old if you are only a Single Player sort of person. Multiplayer is basically whoever has played the longest is going to win, and coop was rushed and thrown out there and should have been just left out.
VERY disappointed! -
Dec 29, 20120Expected much more than I got. It really is unfortunate that they'd incorporate such a bad ending in an attempt to milk the series in the future. Don't expect anything groundbreaking.

Dec 9, 20121Very disappointing. Like others, I'm frustrated by the lack of immersive gameplay and cut scene after *&^$ing cut scene. It may look beautiful, but sadly it was like watching a dull movie with the occasional, and at times very frustrating, ever-so-brief missions.

Dec 8, 20124This game was a MAJOR disappointment. The characters are bland in my opinion, and you can't go into the major battles like in the trailers. You have to stay on a scripted path, and if you go off the path, you die. What happened Ubisoft?

Mar 6, 201360The Assassin’s Creed formula of fighting and parkour is starting to get old, even with the ability to climb trees now. Maybe it’s the repetitiveness of the series, or maybe it’s just less interesting to toss crates of tea into the harbour than to hunt and kill corrupt bishops.

Dec 3, 201288This review is getting long-winded so let's wrap it up. Assassin's Creed III is the biggest and most ambitious Assassin's Creed title yet, but a few missteps leaves it short of being the series' best. In spite of my excessive nitpicking, Assassin's Creed III is great game and a must-have for any Assassin's fan.

Nov 26, 201288A great continuation of the Assassin's Creed series because of the strong visuals, gameplay and story. Though it must be said that the story gets somewhat boring towards the end, which leaves a sour taste.
