  1. It plays well, runs smoothly, and heralds the kind of game play which will keep score-hounds coming back to it again and again.
  2. A brilliantly balanced score-attack game. It looks lovely too. [May 2007, p.77]
  3. 72
    It's online, it's smooth to control, it's cheap, and it's worth a blast. [Issue #152, p.72]
  4. When it works, it gathers up your problems and piles them together to await their death. When it goes wrong, it simply washes everything bad your way, trapping and killing you.

It's not quite as good as the magnificent Mutant Storm Reloaded on 360, but it's still great fun. The motion sensor adds a neat twist on the genre also. I would have liked to see a Time Attack mode, where you can play any level in the game, rather than just the 'start at level 1' arcade style. Oh well, maybe there will be an improved Blast Factor 2.
