    WOW !!! Very cool !! The graphics and sound on the 360 are very good and the atmosphere outstanding !! And now waiting for Project Origin !!!!

    Aside from the story, the game is great. Mostly because of atmosphere and amazing melee combat.

    Creepy, disturbing, unnerving all all words that describe Condemned 2. Not a game for the faint of heart, Condemned 2 is a masterpiece survival horror. It will keep you on the edge of your seat. You become Ethan Thomas as Condemned 2 draws you into it's disturbing world with terrific graphics and spot on controls. The game will engross you. Has a Blair Witch Project type feel that will make the hairs on you neck stand on end. Masterpiece from the moment you start playing. An added bonus is that the ESRB didn't dumb down and ruin the game like they have with so many others.… Expand

    Recommended to Criminal Origins fans Like Me!!! Looks better than the first, new fighting style and new weapons. Oh, and more blood!

    Condemned 2 is creepy and disturbing and is probably one of the scariest games I have played, however the new combat system needs some time got used to.

    Very strange game, I'm all for horror. Love the genre but this is not horror, the start is more like something out of a mental asylum. Very weird, so weird to the point you think it's a bit stupid. The game actually made me want to stop playing it. I did persevere and have finished the game. Overall the story gets better and the evidence gathering sections are pretty interesting. The fighting controls are average and using a gun is pointless, i found it easier to throw my guns at people to stun them and then close in to finish them in close combat. Overall this is not a spoiler, only a note to highlight how pathetic the early gun fights are, it only gets realistic when you get to semi automatics. Overall about 10-15 hours of gameplay which is ok but was not super impressed with the game. Having played FEAR on PC recently maybe I'm expecting too much but FEAR was a lot better, far more engrossing story. Again this is not so much horror as it is weird sci-fi on acid.… Expand

    This really is a fantastic game. Anyone that loves horror or thrillers in general should certainly check this out. I have to say; Condemned on the Xbox 360 was great, but Condemned 2 on the PS3 is just amazing. Check it out today.

    This is one of the best games I have played in a long time. Very engaging atmosphere, great combat system and creepy as hell. I would give this game a 10 if it wasn't for some minor technical issues.

    Condemned 2: Bloodshot is pretty engaging, the romance of this game has to be the atmosphere, in which it hits its goal dead on. The melee system is a bit cumbersome and can take more than a hour or two to get used to. The over the top storyline can be a little can be unappealing to some, but the twists and turns that follow the story via gameplay is exciting, over all a great game, gore, adventure even possibly sci-fi fans can pick this one up without regret.… Expand

    Positives: those who love violence for the sake of violence will love it. Okay graphics (when you can see them). Negatives: 1. On the PS3 - awful sound; 2. Too dark to be able to see what you are doing most of the time which makes for an incredibly frustrating gaming experience; 3. Absurd story line, which makes no sense. 4. Almost impossible to fight more than one enemy at a time. 5. Controls are so limited, you cannot even jump or climb over things. Combat becomes very repetitive. 6. The game has become far too fantastical. Conclusion: If you have played the Half Life series or Bioshock, I suspect you will find this a very limited FPS. 6. Ending is anti-climatic.… Expand

    This is Prince of Persia 2 all over again. They took a stellar franchise and turned it into some "badass" piece of mindless trash. Do NOT buy in.

    Ethan Thomas faced violent psychopaths on his pursuit of a serial killer, and since that time he’s become a haggard, hard drinking mess. His personal experience and his future will merge again as the city around him deteriorates with riots and violence. His expertise will be used again, as amongst the chaos, certain kidnappings and murders have taken place. Horror games are less scary when you’re carrying around an assault rifle, and even though there are guns in this game, the best weapons at your disposal are your left and right fists. Very dependable mitts but the surrounding debris result in the best-improvised weapons like ripping off an electrical conduit from the wall or the leg from a bedpost. The use of guns in Condemned feel realistic, not in the way that they fire, but they are rare to locate. When the ammo runs out in your shotgun, you’re left searching the area for a brick or a 2x4. Crime scene investigation is the second gameplay mechanic in this game as there are crimes where a UV light reveals bloody clues, or a body is so viciously dismembered that you have to take a picture. Momentary escape from the reality of the game come from conversations with key characters through a headset and the use of your investigation tools, like: a GPS, a camera, a UV light, and a spectrometer. These devices serve a purpose rarely. Like the Spectrometer locates madness inducing frequencies, or you can just search the area where your ears are ringing till you see the vibrating hubcap. Every tension filled step into the dark corridors of this game feels very personal. Your health bar will come up briefly when a lunatic’s fist makes contact with your cranium, but except for the rumbles, your screen will be filled with dilapidated buildings and the aftermath of what could have been a school. There are moments when Ethan is either affected by his drinking or his mental health that his vision is blurred or his mind cast dark slime over his location that it’s hard to know where you’re going. The slime-covered sections were frustrating as not only everything was pitch black, but also there are these little black imps that blend into the environment and attack you. The worst is when your vision fades, WHILE your fighting black demons in a black room. However those moments, where respectable for their relevance as Ethan has a drinking problem and his “demons” come out like hallucinations and a specter of himself. Ethan himself is a parallel to the destructive environment he’s in: he’s brooding, violent, and unsettled. Every location you come across, leads to the worst possible scenario: A factory that comes burning, a mountainside lodge with one enormous predator. Condemned builds up a fear so natural, devoid of demons and ghost, that it is genuinely terrifying.… Expand

    This game started out soooo well, but towards the end became more and more ridiculous. The storyline starts out fine, but soon turns to utter crap when a cult is involved, an awful idea. Apart from that the game has great fighting mechanics and graphics, and will certainly send a few chills up your spine. The huge array of weapons makes for entertaining battles, the guns however are not done well and shouldn't have been implemented at all. Overall a very solid game which could have been even more with better writers and execution.… Expand

    Condemned 2 is what survival horror should be its creepy,scary,and disturbing. This game is usually overlooked but give it a chance this game has a good story and decent combat.lets start with the combat its pretty good but can be clunky at times but that doesnt stop this game from shining, the blocking mechanic is pretty good but your gonna need to time it right you also have weapons which work in most situations just make sure you choose the right one. Lets talk about a.i the enemies were designed very well, the developers wanted to scare the hell out of people and they did it by making the enemy types feel scary and disturbing. the story I wont ruin ill lets you guys see that yourselves. overall its really good and deserves to be played multiple times… Expand

    Hohohohoooooooo :D Maaaaaaaaaaannn ... insane, insane, insane, INSANE MOTHERF%"#!!"KER!!! This was my FIRST game for my PS3... neeeeeeeever have I been so much surprised.... NEVER! The first time I tried it, I put the CD in, launched the game, started the campaign... there... everything started. You start by meeting this homeless man this homeless man, and then you notice that the city has been evacuated. Only criminals have stayed... and like Will Smiths movie "I'm a legend" these people in this city have been affected by somekind of a virues, which makes them go insane. The graphics ... ARE... INSANE... FECKING REALISTICK!!! OKEY... That's why this game is crazy and realistic! It's not just a horror movie or game or something like that... it's real :D I swear.. Everytime a crazy man was running after me, I was running away like a **** You can hear him shout after you, his footsteps coming closer to you... he's going to **** you up like no one every ****ed you up before.. OK! :D I really mean it maaaaan. It feels like you are in the game every single second... I don't know how they did it, but they somehow found out how to put you in the game and make your brain and motions connected with the moments in the game. They know when to make you scared and how to scare you. They developed the game they wanted to develope and if I saw Condemned 3 been advertised somewhere, I know which game I should have on my number 1 list on my whishlist. This is not Uncharted but it really has the same quality... but I have never played anything which can be so much connected with my emotions. The graphics are insane and I counld not believe it right after playing on the PS2 generation for a while, then this came out. Insane graphics, bunch of horror content(don't let kids play this game!), many hours of gameplay, multiplayer supported, realistic combat and very brutal, Uncharted level story in my opinion... FANTASTIC... this is art, this is fun, this is entertainment. You have to try out this game before you die one day... for real.… Expand

    Probably the best survival horror title we've seen this generation. The online multiplayer modes aren't going to blow your mind, but they are a thoughtful addition. It's got a higher level of action than its predecessor, and some gorgeous horror backdrops.
