  1. We're not talking the second coming of Tetris here, but Groovin' Blocks is a fresh entry into a crowded genre. Most importantly, it's unique enough to stand out in said genre.
  2. Games Master UK
Lumines with thumping rhythm. [Oct 2010, p.77]

Groovin' Blocks is a one trick pony, but the developers have put a lot of care and effort into making it a fun little pony.
  4. Odds are that if you like these kinds of games, you'll have some fun with Groovin' Blocks, but if this isn't your thing it won't win you over.
  5. The game has basically one trick up its sleeve, but a trick that it executes very smoothly.
  6. My ranting aside, this game, while flawed in many areas, is decent to play single player.
