A study in pure, unadulterated excellence.
One of the best stealth experiences in this generation. Great freedom comes from a sandbox structure that allows the player to decide how to take out his targets. Multiplayer gives a boost to duration and add some extra flavor challenge.

One of the best games ever made! I played this game so much on Xbox 360 in 2012 or 2013 and now i'm playing the remastered version on Xbox One.

A excellent game and, A great follow up to the hitman series. Awesome game, Also this game has alot to offer and it is Extremly fun wacking a bottle over somones head, Lol Very fun.

In closing go and pick this game up. With the flood of FPS's we have seen and the huge amount of titles launched before Christmas, Agent 47's return should not be overlooked. There are two games I would recommend this year and Hitman: Absolution is one of them. A really enjoyable game that offers hours and hours of replayability whether through leaderboards and challenges in the campaign, or through the very awesome and cleverly conceived Contracts mode.
Absolution has the pacing and exotic set-piece locations of a James Bond film, which seems appropriate given that 47 is essentially Bond stripped of his smirk, gadgets, and vices.
Hitman: Absolution is not a masterpiece, a game without flaws, but is still one of the greatest stealth games of the year, an excellent mixture of the classic Hitman formula plus brand new mechanics. And the Contracts Mode is really funny, especially for the hardcore fans who need a higher level of challenge.
Hitman: Absolution provides a varied and sometimes stellar experience. The joy of creating brilliant accidents is hard to match, but the game can also be very frustrating. Using disguises can be a frustrating experience, and at times you feel very limited in the choices you can make.
While there are a few sequences that thrill the way a proper Hitman should, like stalking a dark cornfield or combing Chinatown without being dressed as a chef, these brief glimpses of 47's predatory roots are outnumbered three-to-one by kludgey segments more about duckwalking towards exits than they are about killing professionally. I would imagine that the goal of Hitman: Absolution was to take Agent 47's detailed, methodical gameplay and make it appeal to players more familiar with modern action/stealth hybrids, but all the devs have done is eviscerate their unique franchise with poorly-implemented mechanics and left him to die an awkward, humiliating death.
This game is definitely worth getting. i'm a huge Hitman fanatic and this is almost better than Hitman Blood money! I played the **** out of that game, got all achievements everything. This game though is fantastic. Wondeful graphics, awesome setting, good story. A big leap from hit man blood money. Although, any new hit man players I would recommend playing blood money first to know the story. Although the disguise system is not that great. Once you have a disguise you should be safe. You shouldn't have to do the instinct thing. Not one police officer knows everyone in the force.

Я бы сказал Absolution - это некая пограничная игра серии про величайшего наемного убийцу виртуального мира. Ремастер предыдущей части Blood Money, как по мне, уже не спас игру от ярлыка «морально устарела» и ей самое место лишь в наших воспоминаниях, а не на жестком диске консоли. Попробуйте поиграть, например, после второй части Hitman 2018 года в Blood Money, думаю разрыв в 12 лет вы с легкостью ощутите. А вот Absolution хоть и уступит перезагрузке серии, но не настолько чтобы на неё не обратить внимание. Игра действительно замечательная и прежде всего тем, что в ней есть вполне себе интересный сюжет, чего сейчас очень сильно Hitman-у не достаёт. Тут нет никаких контрактов, первую миссию в расчёт не берём, в Absolution у 47ого личная мотивация. Это вот как бы очень большой плюс игре, потому как в ней раскрывается сам персонаж, он здесь не просто инструмент для убийства, а человек со своими моральными принципами. Графика в Absolution конечно не на уровне того же 2018 года с ее мельчайшей детальной проработкой, но она вполне адекватная и способствует полному погружению в игровой процесс. По геймплею Hitman сильно не менялся никогда, всё тот же инструментарий и всё те же навыки. Сильно игре не достаёт карты, все важные моменты локации отмечаем визуально и движемся в их направлении наугад, это скорее всего сделано для большей реалистичности происходящего нежели для удобства. Искусственный интеллект мобов проработан не тщательно - периодически вас обнаруживают в ситуации, которая к этому не располагает будь-то через препятствия или без визуального контакта в отсутствии оных. Вариаций для изощренных убийств как мне показалось не очень много и чаще всего ограничиваешься обычным убийством в безлюдном месте. Всё потому что эти возможности для альтернативного убийства, оружие или какой-то тайный проход отмечаются одинаково и не всегда хочется тащиться через всю локацию, минуя все преграды, для того чтобы найти автомат, который тебе как любителю стелс и вовсе не пригодится. Проблем хватает, но все равно прохождение Absolution это скорее положительный опыт, хотя игру на сегодняшний день сложно отнести к авангарду индустрии.

Nicht mein Fall. War mein erster Hitman Titel und vermutlich auch mein letzter. Um es kurz von meinen Gesichtspunkten zu beschreiben: Langwierig, aufgesetzt, geradlinig und zu erzwungen.
Es kam einfach keine Immersion auf... ich habe Level für Level einfach abgearbeitet. Und WTF Nonnen???? Echt jetzt... nein nicht wegen Glauben und so... bin Atheist :-) (Boah... aber das muss auf das amerikanische Publikum echt heftig gewirkt haben :-))... aber es ist einfach... langweilig!
Und genauso wie sich dieser eine Aspekt bei mir ins Hirn gefressen hat wenn ich an dieses Spiel denke so finde ich auch dieses Spiel einfach nur... echt jetzt???... langweilig.

Easily the worst entry in the Hitman franchise, the game suffers a horrendous identity crisis and a lot of it's unique genetics are almost entirely absent. When some of the levels favour the old-school style Hitman, the game is at it's best, but sadly, the game favours more generic action sequences that feel straight out of low budget direct-to-DVD action flicks; there is no substance or grace to them. The new characters are irritating and forgettable while the voice acting is of a decent calibre. The game is pretty, the locations/missions are varied and the soundtrack is solid (though also the weakest of the lot). Contracts mode should have been a neat addition but the whole concept and execution comes off as cheap filler. Maybe some customised control of target's movements and enemy placements would have made for a far richer and tactical experience?

Agent 47 somehow knifes himself in the back multiple times in this truly disappointing outing. Nothing really clicks, nothing really engages you (why would you care about a girl that we don't really know anything about?), nothing actually makes you like the game full stop.
