A fun little brawler with an addictive and fast-flowing feel. [Issue#51, p.104]
If you’re a hardcore fan of side-scrolling brawlers from the NES era and you’re looking for something to scratch that nostalgic itch, definitely give Invincible Tiger a look.
Whilst Invincible Tiger looks great it really offers nothing new other than a mode that most of us cant play and with games like Turtles on Live it will soon be forgotten.
A decent diversion, but far from a black belt. [Nov 2009, p.98]
The visuals are fancy, but this kung fu game suffers from uninspired combat and unresponsive controls.
After playing this game, it would be a real stretch for me to recommend Invincible Tiger at any XBLA price level.
3D graphics may be the future, but this dull beat 'em-up is unlikely to convince you of the fact.
