This game was a huge disappointment. I paid 35 dollars and I got ripped off. The rubber band AI takes all the skill out of it. You can drive perfectly and screw the computers over but they will automatically catch up to you even if you drive perfectly. They also can drive perfectly and know every shortcut while cars just spawn and turn in the exact places to screw you over but that never happens to the computer. They automatically get faster cars, better turning, and handling, and it takes forever to unlock any upgrades so they always have a car advantage as well as driving. It it hard enough to beat green (easy) races, but when they make you race oranges to get cars and as missions it becomes obvious that they just want to make game impossible to artificially lengthen the game. Graphics aren't that good for console game and it is a repetitive grind where you have to play 2 hours to unlock anything each time. They also make too long of races and everything is a series where if you get screwed over by the 2nd or 3rd race you've just wasted 15 minutes racing for no reason. I own and have beaten the past 3 midnight clubs and enjoyed them. This one got the trash can after a couple days. Done with midnight club.… Expand

Great racing, graphics are super and when you get enough cash to buy the first Ducati bike, GET IT!!! You will win all the time if you don't crash. All the cars control superbly even from the start. Tons and tons of races to be had, start with the easiest and work your way up to harder using the better cars. I have actually beaten some of the hardest highway races using the Ducati.

Another spectacular creation from the midnight club team, some points during the midsection of this game do become very tame with similar races for little prizes hardly seem your effort but if you bear with the boredom it will be worth your time as upon unlocking class B and A cars there are some simply fantastic racing to be had. A brilliant game all round!

Where in the ell are the cars? This game has like 50 cars most of them cars u will never use for street recing. You should add Hondas,huyndais. Wheres the dodge neon,mitsubishi Mirage. Where's my damn Subaru Wrx Sti WTF!!!!!!! Over all good game, my only complaint the lack of cool rides!

This is the first game in the Midnight Club series I've ever owned, and it is far better than I even dared imagine. It is huge, full of variety and is an almost flawless game, despite the online modes which seem almost empty most of the time.

I rate this game a ten, cause I Love Cars and Racing...Those who say the game is hard are not True Racers. This is my first PS3 Game since the Atari Days and I've already rank as a LEGEND in Driving Skiills ...with over 100,000.00 from wins! And my Car? I'll be online soon...MAGI 7! One Love! THIS GAME IS WAAAAAAY TOO HARD. They start you off with these piece of **** cars and make you beat times that other racers set in better cars. the game is just way too difficult i dont care if your the best driver in the world you cant win if yu have slow cars... i broke my game i got so pissed at it. Dont buy this game.

This is a great racing game. Don't let anyone tell you otherwise. The A.I. may be mercilessly hard and you may get really frustrated after playing the same race 20 times without winning, but in the end it's all a part of the experience, and that's where rockstar gets it right. the overall experience is so good it makes you forget about the little issues you may have with the game. Amazing how authentic this game is in capuring Los Angeles. This is a great racing game especially for people who love cars and love being able to customize them. The computer's abilities can be frustrating sometimes, and it feels like they can't be beaten sometimes. But overall, this is a great game which can really keep you occupied for a couple of months.

I bought the game with very high expectations as the PS2 Midnight Club was one of my favourite games. I couldn't ever quite put my finger on it, but something was wrong. I should have loved this game, but it seemed far more laboured to play and not as flowing and fun. The formula was right, but it turns out that the chemistry was all wrong. Is it a bad game? No way. It's just not that great.

This game is graphically great, interesting over the top view from the menu is nice. I would have liked the difficulty to be adjusted slightly so that you dont automatically lose when you crash. The game is good, but it is significantly different from the previous installments. I lost most of the nostalgia factor that I was looking for. I like being able to switch cities, which was removed from this game to make a better, more detailed map. Multiplayer is not really that great but is a decent distraction from the main game.… Expand
