  • Summary: With presentation and gameplay improvements, along with an online-based feature, NCAA Football 11 promises to give players real college offenses that, for the first time , reflect the authentic style of all 120 NCAA FBS schools in-game. With team-specific pre-game run-outs and ESPN’s broadcast graphics package, NCAA Football 11 attempts to recreate the intensity of college football Saturdays, hoping to achieve all-new levels of quality in presentation and core gameplay by delivering an experience true to your school and providing 120 ways to win. NCAA Football also includes the new Dynasty Wire online feature. With Dynasty Wire, players create stories that recap their Dynasty game, complete with video and photo highlights, then share the news of the victorious triumph or devastating loss by publishing the story through social networking sites for the world to read. 1. Still, amid an overdose of pomp and ceremonial broadcast presentation, this simulation provides great football action and enough dream material to give high school kids goose bumps. [Oct 2010, p.84]
  2. NCAA has its flaws, but with improved on-the-field action, recruiting, and presentation (including the option to generate custom stories on your Dynasty), for the first time in years I feel like I'm getting the college experience.
  3. Even with our small list of complaints – add sluggish menus and lack of meaningful updates to Road To Glory and TeamBuilder to them – NCAA Football 11 is a triumph. It's the best college football game we've ever played, offering a tremendous experience to gridiron fans.
  4. NCAA Football 11 brings substantial improvements to core gameplay and presentation but lacks in improvements and additions to game modes. While it isn't without its issues, it is undoubtedly the best NCAA Football game to date.
  5. It is as streamlined and pretty as its older brother, plays just as well, and still gives you that unique college ball experience. NCAA Football 11 will not be riding the bench this year.

While it's certainly not a perfect game, NCAA Football 11 is a great template for EA's future football offerings to build upon.
  7. There are so many things to love about this game. The unpredictable yet vastly improved gameplay, the slider adjustments that actually work (set the quarterback accuracy to zero in practice mode to see what I mean), the AI playcalling, the new recruiting model, the online dynasty tools, and so on; if all you want to do is play the occasional game with a buddy or play one season with your favorite team, or just relax against the AI and play exhibition games after work then NCAA 11 is an absolute must buy. However, if Dynasty Mode is your thing you are better off either waiting and hoping EA Sports patches the game or simply saving your money for next year.

This game is great if your a hardcore NCAA football fan. But I must say that once you own one version of this game, there is no reason to keep buying the newest version.

This game is buggy and you can tell that EA really half asses the NCAA series in general.

If you want a true football experience, go with madden 11.

I purchased this after playing NCAA 10 alot, and thought that I would 'upgrade'! While the gameplay isn't much different to '10, the game just feels more polished compared. Love the game, well worth having to get it from the States. Expand
