    Prince of Persia Classic is certainly short, but it's oh so sweet. In many ways this is the template future enhanced classic games should follow.

    While I enjoyed Prince of Persia Classic, it’s hard to recommend to someone who has never played the original because they will see an old-school platformer and wonder what the fuss is about.

    The best platformer from yesteryear brought bang up to date. Although the graphics aren't jaw dropping they do look good, the animation fluid (as it should be with this series) and the levels look lovely. As for hte game itself. Somehow they have managed to take the original game, add all the things you wanted to do in the original (wall runs? Back flips? its all here) whilst not actually changing how the games original levels work. The only reason its dropped a point it due to the confusing and pointless online 'scoring' system. In a game where getting from the beginning to the end as fast as possible, why have they used a point system? How do you even earn points? This is never explained and has defeated the very point of the online rankings.… Full Review »

    Nostalgia, nostalgia, nostalgia--in a good way. While the core gameplay is certainly present, the controls were a bit too clunky. I understand the desire to enhance classic games while still retaining an authentic experience of the original, but it almost feels like it was designed to have poor control in an attempt to give it that old-PCesque feeling, which really just gets frustrating.
