Its stealth and puzzle mechanics are first rate, but its foreboding look and feel are what really set it apart. This is not one you want to miss.

Stealth Inc. requires skilful hands as much as it puts your brain to work. Complex puzzles combine cleverly conceived set pieces into challenging levels.

A platformer which is ultimately rewarding once you solve its puzzles. [Oct 2013, p.73]

A great mix of platforming and puzzles, with loads of contents and an attractive design.

Stealth Inc. is a very worthy adaptation of the original work of Curve Studios. Despite notable graphics changes, gets all the fun gameplay and elevates the project as one of the best indie games of 2012. A must for those who enjoy infiltration, puzzles and platforms games.

This game is definitely worth the money, and if you’re looking for a really good puzzle game, or just a really good game in general that will test your mind, Stealth Inc is something you should buy.

Despite its name change Stealth Inc is very much still a bastard, though in the best of ways. It is brutally challenging, but never unfair.
  8. Stealth Inc’s mechanically fascinating, and holds you in just the right level of contempt as a player to keep you bashing your head against its heavily guarded walls. Now go forth, and break my heart on those leaderboards, you nimble-thumbed dream-stompers.

A very good game. When you’re on a roll it feels very satisfying, but when you become stuck it can be frustrating. However, Stealth Inc just manages to keep you hooked to play on and beat it. This isn’t fun in the traditional sense but instead a worthy challenge to beat.

Stealth Inc: A Clone in the Dark follows an individual searching for freedom, and delivers an unnerving 2D puzzle-platforming adventure.
  11. Jul 23, 2013
Stealth Inc: A Clone in the Dark sneaks past the usual tactical espionage action tropes, serving up a fast-paced adventure that's enjoyable in short bursts. While the release could have used a little more visual impact, the leaderboard loop is moreish, and there's plenty to do. Keep your viewfinder focused on this one, and don't let it slip you by.

Stealth Bastard born anew on PlayStation Vita offers a challenge that is both captivating and frustrating.

A solid puzzle-platformer with a retro-look that will either frustrate or delight with its devilishly-designed challenges.

For $18.95 [NZ], it’s a decent purchase for hardcore fans of platform puzzlers. But the fairly short lived gameplay and ruthless difficulty curve might deter anyone else. Despite being called a puzzle game - Stealth, Inc relies more on quick reflexes and thumb agility, than problem solving and mental dexterity.

Even with its faults, Stealth Inc. is a thought-provoking experience that should give most gamers a run for their money.

A clever mix of puzzle, stealth, and action that manages to avoid most frustrations thanks to a constant stream of new ideas and a knowing sense of humour.

It's a 2-D platformer where you navigate platforms in 2-D—unfortunately there's not much else to say about it. Naturally it does have its idiosyncrasies (such as the level making snarky comments to you when you die) but I get the feeling that the quirkiness of the presentation only serves to deflect from the fact that it's pretty average. Xcelent game with fast action, and levels that make your brains really work out to pass the chambers, is like a 2d action splinter cel, fascinating, fully recommendable and addictive Full Review »

A challenging and incredibly enjoyable 2D puzzle-platformer with some great stealth mechanics. With excellent level-design, a steady difficulty curve, plenty of extras, and new challenges around every corner, it's hard to find much fault with the game. It's definitely hard, but rarely manages to over frustrate thanks to it's top-notch design.

While the game often requires quick thinking, fast reflexes, patience, and pattern memorization, the difficulty doesn't mean it's inaccessible to those who haven't given the genre much attention. In fact I can see anyone picking it up and having a good time, but that being said only the elite are going to be able to take a spot on the leaderboards. In order to become one of those people is going to require quite a bit of practice.

Still, the game is incredibly rewarding even to those like myself who have to suffer through countless deaths before seeing the end of a level. While it does have the potential to frustrate, the fresh theme and overall excellently designed gameplay are enough to keep the game fun throughout. MY total score for the game is a 9.1/10=Amazing.
