  • Summary: To commemorate their defeat of the Syndicate exactly one year before, Blaze, Adam and Axel went out to celebrate. The next morning, however, Axel received a frantic phone call from Adam's younger brother, Eddie 'Skate' Hunter. Blaze and Axel rushed over and found Adam and Skate's house wrecked and a picture of Adam chained to a wall at the feet of Mr. X. The city was returned to its nightmarish state and criminals were once again running rampant. Unable to contact their old friend in artillery, Axel and Blaze team up with Skate and Max Thunder to free the city and rescue Adam from the Syndicate. It is up to you to take down Mr. X once and for all! Expand

Classic. One of the greatest games of the 16-Bit era and perhaps the best scrolling beat em up of all time. SOR2 was technically brilliant with outstanding graphics for it's day and some of the best music of any era. Most importantly though it's still great fun to play after all these years! Expand

Bloody hard game that punishes all newbies for trying. This game isn't easy, but is also amazing. Combat is strange but plays well. Multiplayer is a brilliant idea, combining Co-op and vs mode to make a full package. Its a good game that when compared to street fighter looks to be the better. Expand

Streets Of Rage 2 is an undoubted classic. It still plays well today, even though it has obviously been bettered in it's genre. The port is very bare bones, with little to no upscaling or extras. It's a bit of a wasted opportunity in that regard. Nether-the-less, if you harbor a ton nostalgia for this title then it's probably worth the asking price. Expand
