May 5, 2011Though short, Swarm lasts a bit too long, if you ask me, being that it fails to expand upon its novel concept. It's a shame, too, because when you get back to what I brought up before, Hothead's marketing is enjoyably irreverent and funny. Take a look at the promotional videos on their website, and it's clear that they really love this concept, and that they're attempting to inject their products with a very particular sense of humor. If only the game matched their ads in its pizzazz and charm.
Apr 7, 2011The biggest problem I have with the game is the same thing that should have given it some replayability; making it through the obstacles isn't often very hard, but getting the required points doesn't always happen your first go through. Instead of getting addicted in that, 'oh man, I was so close' type of way, I just got slightly annoyed and bored.
