The biggest issue probably lies with the not being able to get into any games on the multiplayer, but it doesn't really feel like you're missing out. The single player is strong enough on its own that you don't feel like you're losing anything significant, and of course you may be able to get in yourself.

Original design and a quirky style keep Fancy Pants enjoyable throughout, but some significant features need a little tweaking before this sketchy hero can stand with the big platforming heavyweights. [July 2011, p.94]

Even though it isn't a long game, Fancy Pants Adventures oozes with charm.

While The Fancy Pants Adventures isn't groundbreaking, it is fun to play. The game challenges you with a variety of content and achievements (and unlockables) to obtain, which makes the overall package worth your time and money. You simply can't go wrong with this side-scroller.
