  1. Having the games and the movie on a single Blu-ray disc is probably the only missing "feature" of the Watchmen: The End is Nigh The Complete Experience package, although I understand the reasoning behind splitting them up.
  2. Fun, but it's a bland, vanilla sort of fun.
  3. The mandatory movie pack-in makes this shallow yet brutally entertaining action game a questionable value.
  4. When looking at this game, players will see a decent movie stuff with a sub-par game. The movie in this compilation really outshines this game.
  5. If you enjoy making fun of bad movies with friends, the co-op mode might provide you a gaming equivalent, but that's all it's good for.

A bundle of the two Watchmen games, that have been released on the PlayStation Network before. g It is only interesting for the fans, because the game isn't very good. Poor audio and graphics, and the gameplay is a little bit too basic.
  7. Watchmen: The End is Nigh - Parts 1 and 2 is a decent looking game that is fun for a while, but ultimately it's let down by its repetitive nature. Easy pick-up-and-play and a two-player splitscreen mode can't save this rather shallow experience.

It's a shame that Watchmen: The End is Nigh is just flat out boring because the game looks sharp, has some well-executed cutscenes and comes with a great license.

  1. Watchmen The End is Nigh is a bit short and repetitive. However, from this package it is very fun and you get a great value with the Director's Cut of the film being included for free. Overall, it is worth checking out. Full Review »

Decent, mindless fun kind of game. It's repetitive, but it can be fun to play with another person. Reminds me of the old school beat 39;em ups of the arcade era (Final Fight, etc). Not much depth, and overall pretty average - but I think it's alright since I didn't have huge expectations to begin with. Plus, it came with the Watchmen DVD - a great but lengthy film. Great games, and an awesome movie. Definitely worth the price tag.
