The game sounds fantastic using just the built-in Vita speakers but when you put on a nice pair of headphones or even jack your Vita into some external speakers prepare to be amazed with some stellar sound quality. Yes, 15 songs is extremely limited, giving you about 100 minutes of original gameplay content, but when you factor in the three difficulty modes – the hardest being very hard – plus the very nature of the game design that encourages you to do better to unlock stuff and climb the leaderboards, this is one game that music fans, especially Michael Jackson fans, need to check out. It might not be a day-one or a full-price purchase, you somewhere down the road this needs to be in your Vita library.

A solid rhythm game and probably one of the best to ever be on a handheld, Michael Jackson the Experience is a great offer for fans of music games or if you just love yourself some classic Michael Jackson songs. The audience may be limited because of the single artist in the game but if you can appreciate Jackson's music or just love any music game than Michael Jackson the Experience HD is definitely worth checking out.

There just isn't quite enough here to warrant a full-price purchase in my eyes. You've got the 15 songs and a Battle Mode but that's about it.

If you enjoy older style rhythm games, you'll probably get a little bit of fun out of this, but I highly urge you to wait for a discount or price drop before taking the plunge.

It's just come down to 11.99 on PSN (UK) and at this price it's a steal..
I have little interest in Jacko, but appreciate that this kind of th
ing is perfect for an on-the-go console...
Graphics are very good, sound with headphones is nothing short of stunning, and it's crazy addictive...
There are some brilliant challenges, loads of unlockables and plenty to keep you going until the inevitable DLC packs come along...
No, it's not worth £20, but half that? Definitely. The best 1gb of fun you'll have on your memory card for a while - surprising amount of fun to be had!!
