Nov 20, 201270PS All-Stars Battle Royale plays around the Smash Bros formula, and comes away with a multiplayer experience that's enjoyable, but not essential.
-
Nov 27, 201285Playstation All-Stars: Battle Royale is for sure the best fun-brawler yet.
-
Feb 1, 201383It has all the aspects of a Super Smash Bros., but the fact that only super attacks can kill off a character make the game feel less strategic. Still, it is a fun game to play with a few friends on the couch or online.

Dec 21, 201275This is a good fighting game. However it's a bit too simple. Real PlayStation fans will have a lot of fun with it because of the exclusive characters and all the recognizable environments.
-
Nov 20, 201280PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale is a genuine clone of the Super Smash Bros. franchise. Sony did a great job creating something pretty similar to the original Nintendo experience. The lack of Nintendo characters, anyway, is probably the most important issue of this great game.

Dec 21, 201260If you ever wished to kick Kratos jewels or impertinently grin in the face of Raiden there are perfect chances to do so. Well, not perfect, but quite good. [Christmas 2012]

Nov 20, 201270Look up "entertaining plagiarism" in the dictionary and you'll find this.
-
Nov 23, 201290This is probably the best game for Sony's portable console released this year.
-
Jan 28, 201370The game feels right at home here. While it may not exactly push the PS3 to its limits, seeing it run on the PS Vita's 5 inch OLED screen is still extremely impressive. The camera keeps track of the frantic action perfectly, and although a little impact is lost the fidelity of the whole package makes up for it. [January 2013, p77]

Jan 14, 201371With the PS3 version being far superior, the Vita version is only for those who do not own their home console brother as on the Vita it's fun but not great due to the frustration factor.
-
Nov 20, 201290PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale comes out like a true underdog and knocks it out of the park. SuperBot Entertainment manages to silence all those who have doubted them and delivers a great experience with tons of content and enjoyment. This is a game not just for fans of PlayStation, but for fans of great games, period.

Nov 28, 201272This is an interesting arena brawler with lots of action and Sony celebrity cast. It can get quite chaotic though.
-
Nov 20, 201285As good as the PS3 version is, it's not as impressive as the Vita version, simply due to the fact that the PS All-Stars on the Vita so closely matches the experience of a home console-something I've never yet seen. It's a technical marvel.
-
Nov 25, 201260PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale achieves what its sets out to do for the most part. Sony now has its answer to Super Smash Bros and PS3 and Vita owners have a place to turn to for accessible multiplayer bawls. It's a well-presented game that does justice to its cast of characters, but it could have been something more with a solo campaign of greater substance.

Dec 10, 201285The PS3 version received a well-deserved high score and the same goes for the Vita edition. The game plays great, the characters are well-balanced and there's an awesome amount of content. The loading times are rather long and there's a few minor hick-ups here and there, but overall PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale remains a must-buy, even on Vita.
