  • Summary: Z-Run thrusts you into a world that has fundamentally been overrun by a virus that has mutated people into flesh eating zombies that will do anything for their next meal.

A fun concept and addictive gameplay cannot make up for an overly short single-player campaign and a lack of variety. Z-Run has all the right elements, but is over far too quickly. On the other hand, I cannot deny having a great time running through the urban wasteland dodging zombies.

Z-run’s combination of zombies and endless runners was undoubtedly a brilliant idea. Unfortunately, the game design, fun factor and replay value were all poorly executed.

Endless Runner fans, just know this: zombies won't change what you have already played an infinite number of times.

Unfortunately, its current form, Z-Run seems like the early access or beta version of something that needs at least another six months in the oven.

Z-Run is exactly what you would expect, a mindless run through the town, kicking and sliding your way to safety. The controls and characters are completely stiff and there is really no big redeeming quality outside of the music to keep you coming back.

I'm giving 7 out of 10, its not too bad as reviewed. First of all, its not a simple runner (although wrongly named Z-Run), its more fighter/action. The fight part is pretty okay especially when unlock all weapons (cross bow is my fav!). Its shouldn't viewed as big game - its an indie title, c'mon. If you think its overpriced, wait until price drop. Expand
