66A lot of stuff to do, but everything's the same. If you are a huge fan of WWII and like to fly around in old aircrafts, then give this game a shot, everyone else should consider a look before buying.
-
60A number of notable frustrations keep this moderately enjoyable flight-combat sim from soaring.
-
60Air Conflicts could have been a great flight-combat sim seeing as all the right elements are present but there are way too many obstacles that make flying these unfriendly skies too boring. Plagued with a number of frustrating problems, this is a game that fans of the genre should skip.
-
World War II games have a bad reputation right now, and titles like Air Conflicts: Aces of World War II aren't going to help one bit. The game falls short by nearly every measure and earns a dishonorable discharge for being a poor example for soldiers everywhere.
-
Despite my attempts to treat this game fairly, it seems to come off as about as much of a half-hearted WWII themed Ace Combat rip-off as its name would suggest.
-
44Alas if you are expecting a World War II version of H.A.W.X. or even just a good action flight sim to play on your PSP you are out of luck. With almost everything in the game so poorly designed and implemented I was left wondering how the game was published in this sorry state. Not a rental and certainly not a buy, just stay away from this and keep walking.
-
Sadly, the sound is the best part of Air Conflicts, but who really cares about sound when the game looks below average and is virtually unplayable.
-
25The game isn't fun. The load times, graphics, presentation, and lack of readable fonts and radars makes this game unplayable.
-
20The biggest problem is just that none of what Air Conflicts offers is fun.
-
I'm sorry to say that Air Conflicts: Aces of World War II is one of the worst games I've ever played. This is largely due to poor technical implementation and utterly unpolished code. Top that off with ho-hum yet very challenging gameplay with no pay off, and you're in for an extremely meager experience.
-
20Air Conflicts: Ace of World War II is just another forgettable piece of vaporware. Leave it for the history buffs and take flight with Ace Combat instead.
-
Air Conflict isn't worth the money even if you're paid to play it.
