  1. Although not all of the DS's features are utilised (mainly the touch screen), the challenging gameplay and DS download function more than make up for this.
  2. With its tight controls and diverse and rewarding levels, beautiful and engaging graphics, and its humorous story, Frogger: Helmet Chaos is sure to be a hit with audiences both new and old alike.
  3. Whereas the console game is bland and broken, the portable game is a lively 3D adventure packed with plenty to see and do.
  4. Quotation forthcoming. [Nov 2005]
  5. A revitalized Frogger would have been awesome on the PSP, but failure to introduce variety to the gameplay dooms this one to mediocrity.
  6. If there are huge differences between the console and PSP versions of Frogger, I didn't catch them. The gameplay and challenge are still a problem, and as such, I'll happily give them the same score.
  7. Somehow, the PSP version makes Frogger's already-confusing mechanics even more frustrating. [Jan 2006, p.100]

The mini-games including the original Frogger (played vertically) are fun. It may be because I'm not a kid anymore but I find the platform game challenging and satisfying. Collapse

The classic version of the old arcade game is included. Need I say more?
