PQ2, like its predecessor, takes this simple idea and shapes it into an entertaining puzzle-solving experience. [July 2007, p.84]
  2. With over 250 new puzzles and a level editor to create your own puzzles to send to friends, PQ2 is an easy recommendation for fans of the first PQ or anyone looking for a puzzle challenge on the PSP.
  3. An extremely testing puzzle game that demands on-the-spot logical thinking rather than gut reactions, PQ2 is an intriguing experience backed up with loads of content.

The puzzles are plentiful and challenging, but the dull looks and worthy brain-training angle make this a dull slog. [Oct 2007, p.113]

PIQ2 provides a robust online environment for competitive puzzle solving, but unfortunately it does little to captivate or entertain with its core gameplay. Only those willing to dedicate a decent chunk of their day to what amounts to a standardized test in polygonal form need apply.

PIQ2 is themed around measuring intelligence, but all it ends up doing is testing rote memorization and dexterity. [July 2007, p.63]
