    Astro Boy: The Video Game is a game that never should have been released. It’s evidently been made to quickly cash in on the movie tie-in. Boring gameplay, bad controls and a confusing storyline are just some of the lousy aspects. Flying missions are head and shoulders above the rest, but are quality-wise nowhere to be compared with other two dimensional shooters. Astro Boy is astronomically bad and needs to be avoided at all cost.

    Even considering that this game may have been intended to be "retro", it's no excuse for creating something so crap. This is nothing compared to the classic side scrolling fighting and shooting games of 30 yrs ago. The gameplay is poor, the controls are poor, the graphics are poor. My 6 yr old son loves Astroboy, and wants me to play this game with him, but it's not a pleasant experience.… Collapse
