  1. Another brave effort at roping in friends and family for pretend sportery but it lacks polish. [July 2009, p.61]
  2. Were there an online community for Deca Sports 2, the hockey alone might be a selling point. Ultimately, though, the game will only serve to remind people of the value of Wii Sports and Wii Sports Resort.
  3. 53
Deca Sports 2 is better than bad, but it's definitely not good. It's cool to see the developer put a little more time into the sequel's development, but the game still uses the old technology: it looks and sounds just as poor and "budget" as the original title.
  4. Frustrating controls, simplistic gameplay and relatively poor graphics make for a forgettable title.
  5. Awkward controls and shallow gameplay make Deca Sports 2 a game to avoid.
  6. 40
Since the game is fairly reasonably priced, players shouldn't be too discouraged that they are basically purchasing a Wii tech-demo.
  7. Sports Island 2 succeeds in being far worse than the first episode. The game modes are numerous, but the result is a series of very boring mini games, caused by the repetitiveness of the actions and lack of responsiveness of the control system. The result is a game which, although sold at a budget price, will hardly enter your homes because of a superficial and poor development.
