flawlesslee is correct. Disney Infinity for the Wii has no multiplayer outside the toy box. You can confirm this on the game's website. I got it for my children for Xmas. They were pretty disappointed. I'm giving it a 3 b/c they seem to like the Toy Box. For now. Not sure how long that's gonna last though.

I got this game January of 2014. I was expecting a really fun game with a "Empty World" option and making my own world with all different types of blocks. But, instead I got a "toy box" with different categories. So, I couldn't race cars in battle arena while I was killing giant robots. All I could do was spawn in race tracks and drive or spawn in 2 bad guys at a time to fight them. WhatI got this game January of 2014. What got me really upset was the fact that the multiplayer I wanted was on every system but the WII! The single-player was sorta fun but the reason I played the story mode was to unlock the stuff in multiplayer. Also the only I bought the game was for the multiplayer I mention before. So please whatever you do please don't buy the WII version just to be disappointed like me. :) or :( I guess. Expand

    It's not a game.
It's a huge **** of awful graphics, bad gameplay, and NO MULTIPLAYER. Also missing a ledge and surviving counts as a failure, the collisions are like twice the size of the objects in most cases and if a character dies in fire 9 times out of 10 they will respawn in the fire, be unable to move for some unknown reason, then die in the fire then respawn, freeze, die, and so

Not to mention outrageous load times, and GCN style graphics.
it seems like Disney have mastered the art of making **** games.

Absolute rubbish on the WII platform. We bought this as it was two player, but low and behold the actual play sets are not two player, only the part which allows you to make the level is. This is apparently due to design problems, but hey look at sky-landers they got it right.... Disney This is rubbish sort it out!

Disney Infinitwii does the opposite of what it is meant to. On other platforms there is "infinite" possibilities, whereas the only infinite thing I experienced while trying to play this mess of a game was infinite stress. I was using one of my characters from my Wii U version of the game on someone else's Wii version, and it would not let me do anything as it wasn't my game.
