Beautifully crafted environment and a special feeling throughout the game are the main positive aspects in Dive: The Medes Islands Secret. With exploration in its purest form, the gameplay is a little too oversimplified but for a relaxing experience in the deepness of the sea this game can be a good choice.

Oct 21, 201050A game that looks and sounds good but whose premise only holds up for so long.
-
80Despite its initially playful and "relaxing" charm, where you mainly focus on conserving your air, about four levels in Dive decides that the gloves are off and proceeds to slap you around like a cat toying with a barely-alive mouse.
-
There are a few minor gameplay glitches along the way, but they do little to take away from what is an otherwise engaging and enjoyable underwater diving experience and one well worth the 1000 Wii Point asking price.
-
Its lack of ambition is too obvious. Graphics, sounds and control are good, but it has no emotion and has no surprises.
-
One of the better-looking WiiWare games, with gameplay to match. Gets difficult though.
-
The game is fun, challenging, and gorgeous. If you like the Endless Ocean series or games that emphasize exploration, this one's for you.
-
Dive: The Medes Island Secret is a good play experience, and it has achieved to combine very good a relaxing experience and, at the same time, enough challenges to become a good videogame.
-
77Dive the Medes is fun, challenging and relaxing.
-
75It's a slower paced, exploration game where every misstep kills you, yet somehow comes off as a casual, play-it-every-so-often kind of game.
-
60Dive's problems seem more glaring because I liked it so much initially.
-
75At their second try on WiiWare, the guys at Cosmonaut Games have succeeded in realizing a solid product. Dive: The Medes Islands Secret is an engaging exploration title, with some platform elements which help in providing something different. Maybe it will not be remembered, but yet it represents a good and rewarding experience.
-
75Dive: The Medes Islands Secret let's you swim around in the most beautiful oceans. The game doesn't cost much and that is the only reason why the lack of variety isn't as annoying as it normally should be.
