There aren’t any extra bells or whistles, but true fishing fans don’t need fancy. We are enjoying it, and the price is right at $30. I can truthfully say that we’ve had more fun with this game than with some more detailed and more expensive games.

Fishing Master neatly captures the drama and thrill of landing a fish, but the fun only holds up for short sessions.

As a first game this was actually pretty impressive, and although the mechanics could be a bit frustrating at times it was still worth it to put the work in and enjoy fishing.

Before this could get too gamey sitting on store shelves, the publisher wisely dropped the price to $20, which is where it should have started.

Fishing Master isn’t all bad, it’s just too shallow.

This game is worth ten bucks at the most. If you pay any more than that, you're doing a disservice to developers striving to provide above-average experiences to gamers.

Rapala is there for that. This game is a fun, family oriented approach to catching fish and is challenging enough to engage older kids for a while but easy and interesting enough to keep younger ones entertained without their losing interest in the complexity of a simulation. It's a family game designed for an occasional hour or two of fishing fun for the family. Expand

Fun game, a little cheesy but 2 player makes the game. I would not play the single player game as it is extremely lame. But if you see it as Fun game, a little cheesy but 2 player makes the game.
