  1. One of the lesser known Kirby games as far as i know. I do like this game. Though it can get rather boring. It is a very good looking game, It Goes for a hand drawn style. Which i like. The control is the same as other games, Gameplay is your typical Kirby game. Though it is pathetically easy. I recommend it to you kids and Kirby fans Full Review »

I would give this game a 6.5/10, but I had to round up for the sake of Metacritic. A fun game overall, Kirby's Dream Land 3 struggles in gameplay and level design, which both do not quite live up to Kirby standards. The amount of copy abilities seems slightly small, even with the added friend transformations. I personally preferred the friend system with the original 3 friends as opposed to 6, which I feel is too many (although I did grow quite fond of Nago the cat). The heart-star collection aspect of the game seemed forced and very cryptic as well. This is in no way a bad game though. Where Kirby's Dream Land 3 excels is in its visuals, music, and overall charm. The graphics are some of the nicest and most unique I've ever seen in a SNES game, and everything has a nicely blended look to it. The music is excellent, although not always very "Kirby like", and there is always something captivating and unique about it. Lastly the charm of Kirby's Dream Land 3, in my opinion, surpasses that of any other Kirby game. It has a personality in itself that is a product of the combined visuals, music, characters, etc. It is definitely not the best Kirby game, nor the best Kirby's Dream Land, but it is a true kirby game nonetheless, and I still very much enjoyed it (especially the added cameos from games such as Metroid and Gyromite).
