Really enjoyed this game. Its cute, controls work well, game play is not frustrating. Suitable for younger children as well as adults. Had good fun with this one, and still haven't completed all levels.

This was a great game experience for young and older gamers alike. I found myself having loads of fun exploring the game world even though there is always a clear path. Breath taking and heart warming with just a couple of shortcomings. Hiro is the only fully developed character while the others play a limited supportive role. Mini Ninjas is a good action game, entertaining, enjoyable and able to offer some hours of good fun, but far from being one of the great games of the genre.
  2. If there were a little more variety to the gameplay, this would be damn nigh essential. As it is, it's a high-end, polished game that'll crease your chops into an appreciative grin.

It has all the elements of a brilliant game, but they don't quite come together as the classic it could have been. Very good all the same. [Nov 2009, p.54]
