Thw Wii version has Wii remote racing, tricking, and pre-loading, and both have some slightly different events, so if you don't have a next-gen console you're still getting some solid racing. [Jan 2008, p.89]

Untamed is one of the best offroad racing games on the Wii and is well worth playing, or at least trying if you haven't experienced this genre before.

70The physics system is going to be a bit too floaty for some, but those looking for a less sim-like experience will find it entertaining enough. It's a first-gen game for Wii though, so expect things to get much, much better in the future.

Trying to shoehorn a 360/PS3 game onto the Wii is like getting a Super Model to woof down a 10-pound ham. What comes out the other side just isn't pretty. Still tastes okay though! [Dec 2007, p.66]

60As a motorcross game MX vs. ATV Untamed would have been nice to play. But the quality of the game has really been lowered by adding vehicles like buggies and monstertrucks. These could better have been removed from the game. When it comes to graphics this game can't cope with its competitors. It's a disappointing feeling to have a game in your possession which feels like an oldy.

Motocross fans may dig what Untamed's shoveling, but the casual racer will want to hold out for a certain kart game on the horizon. [Jan 2008, p.90]
