But it's most laudable for the way it simultaneously mocks and adores the videogame culture that birthed it without conceding to shallow in-jokes.
Touchdown's done it again. And with him, we receive the best work that Suda51's made so far, with an outstanding graphics engine and a story that will take players to the city of Santa Destroy, in a vendetta-like-story in which Travis will have to get to the first place of the UAA... and find out who was the man that wasted his patiente with the murder of his best friend. Desperate Struggle's one of the best games for this console.

Now that's my game!
I saw the add for the game and couldn't rest till ordering it and playing it. I had reserves, but it is as perfect as it could!
First! Travis is such a badass anti-hero who actually has guts and pride, code on his own and knows mercy. I start loving the guy before even finish the game! And he have a cat!
Menu is more clean and simple than the first game, which is pretty good. Mini games are super cool, bosses are hard to beat but not too hard for beginner at "Sweet" mode, and there's plenty of dark humor and jokes. I am a girl but the style if this game fits absolutely perfect to my playing style.
Soundtrack is great, graphics are nice, controls are just fine. I also like he can upgrade his skills and buy new weapons and outfits.
Best game from the series! Travis rules!

In conclusion, No More Heroes 2: Desperate Struggle is an entertaining game, although it does suffer from some minor gameplay nuisances with the dodgy camera.
Many may compare it to Tarantino's movies, some may say that it is worse than the original and others may argue that such violence is abusive, but in the end everyone wants to draw their katanas and make the blood flow.
No More Heroes 2 desperately wants to be played, giving players a quick but fashionable menu and upping its number game with more enemies, more bosses, more playable characters, and more weapons. It delivers more and better, and it still packs much of the same style and flair that helped the first game succeed despite its flaws.
Developer Grasshopper Manufacture went above and beyond in creating a game that features some tightly packed pacing and fun, mature gameplay that the Wii doesn't see as often as it should.
Fans of the original wanting to know where Travis has been will want to pick this up, while people new to the Suda 51 universe would be best at a rental.
Its like a first game, but worse...
Story, side activities and amount of content overall is worse then first game had to offer, but its still good.
Music is better, combat feels better and graphics are joy to watch at.

So this was the only really great games I played on the Wii. Travis Touchdown is the best hero that can ever be made and the games tone makes his motivation that much more of a troll. No More Heroes is really a gem on top of a hill garbage that have been made for a lease liked console in resent history. The game looks very comic book like, with no limits to far they will go to just make a poop joke or references that only make since to pro wrestling fans would get this game leave gamers behind on the funny side. the action is nothing less than repetitive but thats nothinig really new when you talk about Wii games. The story is ok but the really good parts about this game is the voice acting and the way the game looks. Regardless of this flaws its still a good game and no one can tell me otherwise.

No More Heroes 2: Desperate Struggle represents an old-school game with a lot of blood and sexual innuendos. The story is very simple Travis is thrown back into the rankings and must fight to become number 1 yet again. That way to the top is filled with many boss fights that are sometimes brutal on higher difficulties. The presentation is still as wacky as the game's characters, like when you save your game Travis goes to the bathroom for a nice long save. The gameplay is simple but effective, it is basically a button masher at heart but it has some variety throughout. The gameplay is bloody and the jokes are crude so No more Heroes 2 is more No More Heroes and that is a good thing.
