  1. Puzzle fans who decide to pick up Rubik's Puzzle Galaxy: RUSH will be pleasantly surprised by the depth they find.
  2. A nice puzzle game, which doesn't have much to do with the Rubik's cube. And that's a good thing. [Feb 2010]
  3. Rush is a great start to the Rubik's Puzzle Galaxy series. It culls the best elements from last year's Rubik's World games and delivers them in a tighter package with a lot more core content.
  4. The most remarkable element in its gameplay design is that it has know how to emancipate itself from the Rubik cube: previous attempts show it won't work in videogames, and it is just an inspiration for this game.
  5. If you loved Toki Tori, you'll love this. If you loved Chu Chu Rocket!, you'll love this. At a mere 600 Nintendo Points with 60 puzzles, you're getting quite the bargain.

Even the mode that does include the traditional Cube is impressive, including a tutorial that will finally explain how to solve it and online leaderboards for posting your best times. At $6, the puzzle of whether or not to download this one is easy to solve.

Rubik's Puzzle Galaxy: RUSH isn’t aimed at every gamer. It’s mainly for the puzzle fan who wants to prove that he can tackle that darned cube very fast. It’s mainly for the seventy puzzles you’ll want to buy this, because it’s more satisfying to complete the cube with your own two hands.
  8. With simple graphics and musical soundtrack, Rush’s $6 price point is justified. The controls are quite solid too, but being able to zoom in and out could have been nice but isn’t totally necessary.
  9. An overly complicated puzzler that tries to do too much with a simple idea. [Feb 2010, p.88]
