Excellent Simcity game...take your city from Caveman times through various ages, gets very challenging to keep it on top. Nice little DS game.

Graphics and gameplay is dumbed-down from Simcity 4, but it is still enjoyable. More thought into controls would have been nice, doesn't seem polished.

If you have always loved Simcity you will love this game! It will take you 20 mins to get use to the controls, but once that hurdle is past you can enjoy a core Simcity game with some nice extras. If you own Simicty 4 on PC, their is hardly a point to spend the $$. But if you don't, its a must buy!

DUDE! Totally reminiscent of the old SimCity days...but on the Wii! Great game for me and my son since he's on the Wii all the time. Great controls and good graphics for the Wii, love that the MySims are in there too! Rate Up!

  1. Some games run into problems trying to be everything to everyone, but SimCity Creator suffers from the opposite affliction. It doesn't try to be anything to anyone. Well, that's one thing it does right.
  2. If you have a PC(or Mac), you're better off tracking down the aforementioned "SimCity 4" for a few bucks. [Nov 2008, p.101]

This would have been a perfectly respectable SimCity game if the controls had been given more attention.
