  1. SpongeBob's Atlantis SquarePantis is a mediocre minigame collection that doesn't want to admit that it's a minigame collection.
  2. Great on the DS, fun on mobile phones, Atlantis Squarepantis is not a series to ignore entirely. The Wii version, however, is not the one that deserves your attention.

I won't say that this game is really bad, but it's not good either. Some of the mini-games are pretty amusing, but the rest of the game lacks. Poor visuals and boring mini-games. It's really repetitive either. but i have to say my 10-year old son was happy with it, and i'm fine with that, because this game is targeted to younger children anyway. Expand

This game can be completed in under an hour. There are about 15 mini games hastily strung together, each lasting about 3 minutes long. There is no replayabilty whatsoever. None of the games are fun, and the only enjoyment I did experience with it was taking it out of the console, placing it back in the case, and letting it rot away on my shelf for the rest of time. Battle for Bikini Bottom and the movie game prove that great Spongebob games are possible. But you do need one key ingredient to pull that off: effort. Needless to say, there is no effort in this moldy Krabby Patty of a game and I'm sure if Spongebob from the first three seasons of the show saw this abomination, he would be disgusted. Expand
