A bad game, no doubt about it. However, if you know that going in and have a buddy equally as clued-in, you'll laugh at the crappy graphics, repetitive enemies, lame power-ups (I got "The Shocker!"), etc. -- to the point where you actually have a fun little time. Not quite awesomely bad, but worth a rental to scoff at. Amazing that this supposedly hit arcades in 2004; it looks almost 10 years older than that. Expand

Target: Terror is one of those games that's so bad, it's almost...almost better than bad. If you're willing to surrender to the surreal goofiness of it all, it's good for a few laughs. Just toss your values out the window and gear your mind down into shooter mode.

Yes it's one of the worst games on Wii as far as tech goes, and yeah, there are countless other light gun experiences out there that'll destroy this one in terms of pure gameplay, but damn if this isn't fun in its own, seriously crippled way.
  3. Target: Terror is an awful game, a title reminiscent of the old-school "shoot-at-bad-actor" gun games.
